Privacy Policy for OnnXcore

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how OnnXcore("OnnXcore", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects the personal information of Vendors ("Vendor", "you", or "your") who access or use the OnnXcore website, platform, or related services (the "Services").

By registering for, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 To use the OnnXcore platform, the Vendor agrees to provide certain information required for identity verification and compliance purposes. This may include the Vendor's name, contact number, email address, government-issued identification documents, and facial verification where applicable.

2.2 The Vendor is also required to provide valid payment details in order to receive payments through the platform. By submitting this information, the Vendor confirms that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date, and agrees to comply with OnnXcore's verification and compliance requirements.

3. How We Use Your Information

3.1 OnnXcore collects and stores this information to verify the Vendor's identity, prevent fraud and unauthorized access, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and maintain the security and integrity of the platform.

3.2 OnnXcore may also collect and store transaction history, payment records, login activity, IP addresses, device information, and other security-related data to help detect suspicious activity, protect Vendor accounts from unauthorized access, and improve platform security.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

4.1 The Vendor may request access to their transaction history, subject to applicable laws and OnnXcore's internal policies. OnnXcore may also disclose or share information with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other authorized parties where required by law or to investigate fraud, financial crime, or other illegal activities.

4.2 OnnXcore is committed to protecting the Vendor's personal information and takes reasonable measures to safeguard all data collected through the platform. OnnXcore does not sell or disclose the Vendor's KYC documents, transaction information, IP addresses, or other personal data to any third party, except where required by law, regulatory authorities, court orders, or where disclosure is necessary to investigate fraud, prevent illegal activities, or protect the rights, safety, and security of OnnXcore, its users, or the public.

5. Account Security

The Vendor is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials, passwords, trading passkeys, and any other authentication methods associated with their account. The Vendor is responsible for all activities carried out through their account.

Important Notice:OnnXcore does not have access to the Vendor's login credentials or trading passkeys and will never request them. Any loss or unauthorized access resulting from the Vendor's failure to secure their account shall remain the Vendor's responsibility.

6. Changes to This Policy & Contact Information

OnnXcore reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in business operations, legal requirements, or regulatory obligations.

Where a material change is made, OnnXcore will notify Vendors through the platform, including by displaying a notification upon login or through other appropriate communication channels. Continued use of the OnnXcore platform after such changes take effect constitutes the Vendor's acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
